Company Policies & Procedures
1. We offer free local delivery in the Minot area. If you are a local
customer do not use the shopping cart to place an order. Simply
click the Contact link and send me an email with your order. This
way you will avoid shipping charges which are automatically
added to your shopping cart.
If you are out of the area we ship through the USPS. Shipping
charges are calculated during the check out process.
2. Payment--
Local- We accept checks, money orders & payment through paypal.
Out of area- We accept money orders & payment through PayPal.
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment or if a local order,
delivery.
3. Our goal is to ship within three days of your order except during
the busy seasons when it may take up to one week.
4. We require a return check fee of $25.00 per cancelled check.

The owner & employees of Prairie AcScents shall not be held responsible for losses, damages or injuries resulting from the use of any products we manufacture, sell or resell. In all circumstances, our maximum liability to the buyer will be the amount of purchase from our company. Purchasing our products in person or on this website signifies your agreement of this disclaimer & releases Prairie AcScents including its owner and employees from all liability.
